Replies received?Total inbound replies logged in the selected date range, across every channel (email + LinkedIn).
–
in selected range
Real sends completed?Real emails that were approved and actually sent via a Slack Send/Edit click, logged to the Send Outcomes sheet. Drafts still waiting on a decision aren't counted here.
–
approved & sent via Slack
Meetings requested?Replies the AI classified as "Meeting Request" — prospects asking to book time directly.
–
"Meeting Request" replies
Edit rate before sending?Share of real sends a human edited before sending, vs. sending the AI's draft as-is. Lower means the drafts needed less correction.
–
lower = more AI-ready drafts
Daily reply volume?Count of inbound replies per day within the selected date range.
Replies by channel?Breakdown of replies by the channel they arrived on — Email vs. LinkedIn, color-coded to match each channel's own brand color.
Reply automation levels?Per-category view of how much of that category could safely run unattended. See the legend below the table for exactly what each status means. by category
| Category | Replies | Real sends | Edit rate | Status |
|---|
Promoted — 25+ real sends logged and under 10% edited; trusted to run with less oversight
Reviewed — working normally, still below the volume/accuracy bar so a human checks each draft
Never automate — policy-locked regardless of stats (pricing/contract terms, hostile replies)
Communication Log?Every incoming reply and outgoing real send in one chronological feed, newest first. Search and the Type filter narrow it down; the stat strip above the table always reflects the full log, not just what's currently filtered.
Companies? One row per distinct Company value found in the reply log, with the same rollup stats as Overview's KPIs, scoped to just that company. Click a row to see that company's individual leads in Lead Details.
| Company | Replies | Real sends | Meetings | Edit rate |
|---|
Leads?Every reply row with a stable Lead ID. Click "Open" to view and edit that lead's Status and Notes — the first genuinely editable record in this CRM.
| Date | Company | Contact | Channel | Category | Status |
|---|
Leads?Same lead list as Lead Details, plus each lead's current pipeline Stage. Click "Open" to see that lead's full history — replies, matched sends, and every stage change with who made it.
| Date | Company | Contact | Category | Stage |
|---|
Knowledgebase?Structured product/offer/pricing answers, one shared set (not per-client) since there's one product being sold. Editable by admin only — a logged-in client can read these but won't see edit controls.
Sending domain health?Real, live DNS lookups (via Google's public DNS-over-HTTPS API) each time this page loads — not cached or placeholder data. SPF and DMARC are checked at their standard fixed locations. DKIM can only be checked if a selector is configured per domain, since there's no fixed location for it.
User accounts?Every login this CRM knows about. Deactivating a login ends that user's current session immediately, not just future logins. There's no self-service "forgot password" flow yet — an admin resets it here and shares the new temporary password directly.
